How to Use

1. Insert batteries (4 × 1.5V AAA, not included) or connect via USB power.
2. Attach electrode pads to the desired body area. Note: 2 or 4 electrode pads must be connected simultaneously.
3. Connect the electrode pads to the lead wires, then plug into the device.
4. Power on and select your preferred therapy mode and body zone.
5. Gradually adjust intensity from low to your preferred level using the intensity control.
6. The device will automatically stop after 30 minutes. Power off with the on/off switch when finished.
