Tips for Best Performance

1. Start Low, Go Slow: Always begin at the lowest volume setting and gradually increase to your preferred level to avoid feedback whistling.
2. Clean Ear Canal First: A clean, clear canal creates a better seal and significantly reduces the chance of feedback.
3. Find the Right Ear Dome: Test each dome size and choose the one that seals snugly — a complete seal is the most effective way to eliminate feedback.
4. Seat It Fully: After inserting the amplifier, gently press and hold it in place for 1–2 seconds to allow the ear dome to fully expand and seal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the XceeFit CIC Hearing Amplifier truly invisible when worn?

A: Yes — the CIC (completely-in-canal) design places the entire device inside the ear canal, making it virtually undetectable to others during everyday use. Its ultra-compact 1-gram profile ensures it stays hidden and comfortable throughout the day.

Q: How long does the battery last on a single charge?

A: The built-in rechargeable battery provides approximately 35 hours of use after a full 4–6 hour charge. Because it is rechargeable, you never need to purchase or replace disposable button batteries.

Q: What can I do if I hear a whistling or feedback sound?

A: Feedback is typically caused by an incomplete seal in the ear canal. To minimise it: (1) start at the lowest volume and increase gradually, (2) try a larger ear dome for a better canal seal, and (3) make sure the ear dome is fully seated by pressing it gently for 1–2 seconds after insertion. Cleaning the ear canal before use also helps significantly.

Q: Does the kit include everything I need to get started?

A: Yes. Each kit comes with the CIC hearing amplifier, a charging case with USB charger, three silicone ear domes in small, medium, and large sizes, and a cleaning brush — all stored in a protective carry case. No additional purchases are required to begin using it right away.
