How to Use

1. Install batteries — Open the battery deck, insert AAA batteries observing correct polarity, and close the cover securely.
2. Prepare electrode pads — Peel off the protective film from the adhesive pads and place them on the winder after use to maintain stickiness.
3. Place electrodes — Wipe the target skin area with a damp cloth to remove oil and dirt, then adhere the electrode pads directly onto the skin. Both electrodes must contact the body surface for the device to function (symmetrical placement is not required).
4. Power on & select mode — Press the On/Off button to activate the LCD screen. The device defaults to acupuncture mode, intensity 0, and a 15-minute timer. Use the mode button to cycle through all 9 therapeutic programs, and use the +/- buttons to adjust intensity. Press the timer button to set your preferred session length.
