Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What surfaces can I use the Pet Stain & Odor Remover Spray on?

A: This pet cleaning spray is designed primarily for carpets and rugs, but it also works on upholstery and other fabric surfaces. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure colorfastness before treating a large stain.

Q: How does this spray remove old, set-in pet stains from carpet?

A: The spray uses a bio-enzymatic decomposing formula that breaks down the organic compounds in pet stains at a molecular level. By targeting the source of the stain and odor, it delivers a deeper clean than surface-only cleaners. Simply spray, allow the formula to work for a few minutes, then blot or wipe clean.

Q: Is the Pet Stain & Odor Remover Spray safe to use around pets and children?

A: Yes — the formula is made with mild ingredients designed to be safer for use in homes with pets and family members. As with any cleaning product, keep pets and children away from the treated area until it has fully dried, and always store the spray out of reach.

Q: How long should I let the spray sit before wiping it away?

A: For best results, allow the cleaning spray to dwell on the stain for at least 2–5 minutes before blotting or wiping. For older or more deeply set stains, you may let it sit a little longer to allow the formula to fully decompose the stain.
