Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this pet shampoo safe for both cats and dogs?

A: Yes! The Qme Gentle Pet Shampoo is formulated with mild, non-irritating ingredients that are safe for both cats and dogs of all breeds and coat types, including pets with sensitive skin.

Q: How does this shampoo prevent tangles and knots?

A: The shampoo contains conditioning agents that coat each strand of fur, smoothing the cuticle and reducing friction — making knots and tangles much easier to brush out after bathing.

Q: How often should I use this pet shampoo?

A: For most cats and dogs, bathing every 3–6 weeks is recommended. However, the gentle formula means it can be used more frequently for pets that get dirty often, without stripping the coat's natural oils.

Q: How much product does the bottle contain?

A: Each bottle holds 1000ml or more, providing plenty of product for multiple grooming sessions — great value for multi-pet households.
