Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does the BORUiT 020 headlamp come with a battery included?

A: It depends on your chosen option. Options B and D include a 1200mAh 18650 PCB Li-ion battery (3.7V). Options A and C include only the headlamp and USB cable — you will need to supply your own 18650 battery for those options.

Q: How does the hand-wave motion sensor work on the BORUiT 020?

A: The built-in IR motion sensor detects a quick hand wave in front of the headlamp to toggle between lighting modes. This allows completely hands-free operation — ideal when wearing gloves, handling tools, or working in wet conditions.

Q: Is the BORUiT 020 headlamp waterproof enough for outdoor use in the rain?

A: Yes! The BORUiT 020 carries an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against water splashes from any direction. It is well-suited for rain, fishing, and other wet outdoor environments, though it is not rated for full submersion.

Q: How long does the battery last on a single charge?

A: On a full charge, the BORUiT 020 headlamp provides 4–6 hours of continuous use depending on the brightness mode selected. Charging takes approximately 3–4 hours via the USB port.
